Day 1

Weight: 119.0 lb

Feeling: Tired, sore from weights session, bloated after late night binge/wine, mild period pains.

Training: 10 mile easy pace flat offroad run (below), 20 mins core session.

Total kcal: ~2,800

Comments: Didn't feel great for most of the day, largely as a result of the previous night's excesses.  Hoping introducing some accountability - even just to myself - will give me the focus to support my training with a healthier lifestyle.

Breakfast:
Nutty Granola, tea
After run snack and coffee:
Nuts, blueberries and coffee
Lunch:
Cheese, ham, crackers, veggie sticks and branston pickle
After lunch snack and coffee:
Buttered malt loaf, coffee
Afternoon snack:
Dried mango, tea
Dinner:
Sausage, tomato and onion pasta with cheese,
low sugar lemonade
Pudding:
Yoghurt and dried fruit
